I rarely do reviews, but felt this one necessary. We were directed to this company by our contractor. The gentleman that was “helping” us would not give us prices on ANYTHING, not even ballpark figures. He kept directing us to the cheaper Granite without a clue what our budget was (which was not on the “cheaper” side). We will not be using them. You should strongly consider not judging a book by it’s cover when dealing with customers.
I really can’t say enough good things about European Granite and Design! Our kitchen desperately needed a renovation on a budget and I knew the countertops could make or break the design. I got quotes from big box stores like Home Depot and local businesses and they all gave me prices well over what European Granite quoted me.I made a few trips to European Granite to check out their selection — which was extensive. I got connected with Adil and then took some samples home. I called back months later when the contractors had finally put in the cabinets and the sink. Adil remembered me and was able to come out to take measurements within the next couple of days. After he was done, it took less than a week for him to send guys over to put the counters in.Needless to say, the countertops look incredible!!! The entire process from start to finish was so smooth. Excellent customer service, excellent price, excellent quality. I can’t thank Adil enough for all his help.
Ahmed of European Granite provided excellent, professional and very courteous service during the entire process of my Quartz Countertop installation. He was extremely patient during the decision making process as I made my selection. During his home consultation he showed various types of stones that would add beauty, modernization and brightness to my space. That was very beneficial in selecting the best stone for my kitchen.
